Yes you go on vacation to relax, but being active is good
for you mentally and physically. If you just sit around
drinking beer and eating pretzels all day, then you will pay
for it on the scale when you get back home! Make a list of
possible activities before you leave. Check with vacation
area tourism guides. It does not have to be white water
rafting, but it could be a nature walk, or hike. If you are
active, then you will be sure to keep burning off at least a
few of those extra calories!
