Food cravings
are something I deal with every day of my life, and a
majority of dieters and the general public have as well. It
is a safety mechanism built into our bodies. When we were
hunter gatherers, those cravings, made us go out and source
the food our bodies wanted.
Today we only
need to take a trip to the store, or to the fridge to
satisfy our cravings. Dealing with your food cravings and
learning innovative ways to satisfy them is key to weight
loss.
