Is depriving yourself of food, an option in dieting? No, in
fact depriving yourself of food can be very dangerous. Do
not look at this as a realistic option. Not only to you put
your health in danger, but when you eventually do eat, your
body is going to go out of it's way to put away extra food
store in the form of fat to save up and/or recover itself
from the last starvation.
