Let's face it, in our quest to have everything, a lot of
people are skipping breakfast. This is not a good idea, but
a well planned breakfast can set you up for a day of less
eating than if you were to skip breakfast altogether.
For adults breakfast almost always includes the customary
dose of caffeine, where it can get bad is if you load up on
bulky and or high fat foods which require a massive
digestion process from your own stomach. Keep the portions
small, use a variety of foods, and try to limit the
selection to have only one high fat selection, and a reduced
portion size in the morning.
