Fast food, the side effect of our fast paced life, has
another side effect. The choices that we make when we
purchase fast food, and the frequency with which we take our
selves out to eat fast food are more and more every day.
This does go back to eating a good healthy breakfast. If you
eat a good breakfast, chances are that during the middle of
the day, you will not be as hungry and not as inclined to
desire super-extra-large-everything. It may be fast, but
eating large portions and high fat foods day after day...
and eating it quickly may be killing you slowly. It is definitely
not helping in the weight loss department, trust me!
