Food Rewards

Do you reward yourself with a food, after you do something? I know I do, and have done so in the past. If you go for a jog around the block or a walk, rewarding yourself with two helpings of pie and ice cream, just isn't going to cut it, when you are attempting to lose weight or improve your health.

The other problem we get into is that when we use the food reward mentality to help us accomplish things, we usually use it more than once. We use it again and again. Think about something other than a food reward, or instead, think about what you might spend on the potential food reward, and put the money in a piggy bank !
