Tuesday |
| I am just back
from a short vacation, and not displeased that I
have (like I usually do) not gained any weight. the
goal this month is to lose 10 lbs and try and reduce
my high-normal blood pressure.

| I did almost my
best, yesterday, as far as eating goes, in a long
while. I did do a little late night snacking. Not
much. I did manage my eating for the whole day, and
not any bad snacks.
This weekend i hope to keep it

| I think I've been
slowly changing my eating habits, mostly for the
good. i have been having some "pastry"
moments. Maybe it's a food that i should completely
ban from my life at this time. I don't seem to be
able to control myself with these types of foods. I
am hoping to get some exercise tonight, however a
personal project looms. i'll do my best.

| Two things, I have
done very good with adding exercise back into my
schedule. in fact i have been exercising very hard.
The other thing, is I have been trying to get a
little more rest at night for recovery time.
Unfortunately, I have been extremely hungry after
exercise. So have not taken advantage of the calorie
burning.
Try to do better this weekend,
have a good one :D

| I was very stable
with my eating, yesterday. Although having a couple
of food sins, i managed my snacking well and didn't
go crazy at night, like usual. I hope to keep that
up today. I also didn't exercise, last night.
Tonight I will do something, for sure.

| Feeling much
better about my effort yesterday. I managed my
eating very well, and got in some good exercise late
in the day. I also did no late night snacking.
Hopefully I can keep it up!

| Definitely a
weekend of not eating properly and not exercising
much. I paid for it by feeling really very bloated
for most of the weekend and lethargic for the rest.
Not a good thing.

| It was an okay day
managing my eating and after work snacking. The
exercise factor was non-existent yesterday. Still
battling through the dominant home project and also
a night school class. Today I have a large over
abundant home project planned. I have a good lunch
packed and hope to build from there.

| Not a big drop,
but I am pretty happy with my effort. I feel like I
am back on track again, and will keep improving this
week. Today I have to improve my discipline and
control my cravings a little more, while keeping up
the exercise.

| I had a setback
with my asthma as it was bothering me a lot over the
past few days. this made me lay off any aerobic
exercise whatsoever. I feel really bad about that as
I rely on exercise to make up for my lack of eating
discipline. I hope that i am feeling a lot better
soon and that I can get back exercising soon.

| A decent day,
yesterday, for exercise, and managing my snacking
late at night. I think that I can do a little better
in controlling my snacking after work. i need to
also look to a few more high energy foods for during
the day to fend off the crash i get, later in the
day. A positive step, though.

| I definitely let
things sneak up on me, yesterday. I think there were
a few critical snacks and meal choices that really
put me over the top. Add to that i have a course
Tuesdays, This allows me to have an excuse, not to
exercise. I'll try and do better today!

| The last few days
and the weekend, i have been doing very good. Much
less snacking. Not perfect but much better. A little
more healthy lunches, which i am going to continue
and hope that it keeps my energy level high. I am
going to try and manage my personal projects as
well, so i keep exercising regularly.

| I admit it, i did
not do good this week, I also need to exercise more.
So my bad eating/snacking habits along with my lack
of exercise, and paying too much attention to
personal projects, has not been good for me. I hope
to do great this weekend, and exercise more.

| If anything. I
have been consistent. My eating habits were slightly
better, yesterday, but I had a project and did not
exercise, like I usually do. Today i will try and
continue the eating habits and try and continue to
improve them. I made some strides, so it's time to
build on those.

| It was both good
and bad, yesterday. I did a great job exercising, i
did a decent job managing my eating, but again my
late night snacking was not perfect. Also ,y post
work snacking was not great. It is a good step in
the right direction. I am hoping to keep making
gains and eliminate a few more bad habits today!

| Well I did not do
as good as I should have, yesterday, especially with
my level of snacking. During the day I gave into
temptation a couple of times, and during the evening
as well. I'll see if I can be a little cleaner
tonight!

| Well not a lot has
changed over the past few months, when i have not
been updating, however, I feel like I am on a
mission now. I plan on doing a lot more exercise
this week, and trying to manage my snacking ad
eating as much as I can to get it into gear for the
summer.

| Starting to get
back into the full swing of things, finally. Regular
swimming and regular gym. I think the biggest thing
that I have to do is manage my energy. This will be
a function of making certain that I get enough rest
at night, and making certain that I am eating just a
little better during the day, during the weeks. In
this way I should be getting better nutrients, and
feeling more energetic.

| Happy New Year! I
wasn't exactly watching my weight over the holidays,
and it shows. I had been skipping some exercise, and
indulging a bit more than i should have been. It was
a fun time, though!

| I am making
progress getting back into the regular exercise
routine. My energy is coming back and I felt good at
swimming and in the gym on the weekend. I went to
the gym last night. It was good. I have swimming
scheduled tonight, and should have no problems
getting there.

bad, getting back into the swing of things. I am
going to have to moderate my eating slightly, but
otherwise am feeling great. Swimming night tonight.

| It's been a month fraught
with illnesses and excuses. I hope that these are
over now. I feel like my energy is slowly coming
back. It's been a very challenging time, but I did
get into the water over the weekend, and I also went
to they gym yesterday. I am very much hoping this is
something that I can continue, to get better and get
my energy back.

| Still feeling
healthier, touch-wood, so swimming is planned again
tonight. The exercise is going to be very welcome.
The feeling better part is also something I really
appreciate after the last couple weeks. I am getting
mentally ready and psyched to start in on a much
more disciplined diet and control of my snacking as well.

| It's been a couple
weeks now that I have been under the weather. I have
been taking it easy, trying to get more rest,
sleeping in and generally trying to fend this off. I
think it's been going okay, and that I have been
getting more energy as of late. I have been going to
the gym infrequently and less frequently going
swimming. I hope to hit the pool tonight if I feel
good.

| Last week is now
over, and I hope all of the colds and muscle
injuries. This week I am pumped up to get on track
exercise and diet wise. The first challenge is

| A Couple of things
have happened. One I hurt my back a little and two,
I have not been exercising s much. A third thing has
actually happened, I have not been very disciplined
in my eating. Today I'll attempt to do much better
in the eating department. I definitely need to get
out of some bad habits!

| So I have been
working on a project, and skipped exercise both
Monday night and Tuesday night. I definitely need to
exercise. Tonight is swim night, so that will help
me get back on track. I made a few little food sins
over the last few days so, I will need to muster up
some discipline again.

| It looks like I
did not too good on Sunday. I am regretting some of
the meal choices that I mad. I was also kind of busy
and skipped jogging again. I need to prioritize this
for exercise and asthma purposes. A new week ahead
and I am feeling very positive this week.

| Wow a very good
day yesterday. Now I have to keep it up. Hopefully
the good work on the scale will be a positive
influence. I worked pretty hard at swimming last
night. I have gym scheduled tonight.

| It looks like I
did fairly well over the last few days, even though
it was a long weekend, and I missed a lot of
exercise. The plan is to keep up the lowered level
of snacking and get back to the exercise routine. I
have been making some less than stellar food
choices, so i need to watch that,

| Contrary to what
the scale says I did do very well with eating and
exercise yesterday. I had a couple protein drinks
which add up to a lot of calories always, but at
least a quality food as opposed to all the junk I
had been eating. Looking forward to a big weekend!

| All due to a very
hard swim workout. It looks like we have a
challenging series of swim workouts, so that is
great for weight loss, not so great for energy
levels. I had a couple food sins yesterday. I'll try

| I think that I am
going to start adding up food sins, maybe that will
help me stay on track. So anyway I had approximately
5 food sins yesterday. Today I will try and lessen
that amount. I have a course so may have to skip gym

| Well I am reaping
the benefits of skipping swimming Friday night. On
the plus side I did go jogging Sunday night. This
was a help. I think I could have eaten a little
better over the weekend. I did do better than a lot
of weekends. but my meal choices while eating at
restaurants could have been much better. I'll try
and make up for that this week.

| I had a personal
project last night which cause me to work a lot
without too much eating or snacking. This was a good
help in polishing off a few calories, but I skipped
going to the gym. Tonight is a swim night. I hope to
either go swimming or to the gym. One or the other.

| I think I have
been eating more precisely and watching for the most
part, what I am eating. I have also been exercising
very hard. This is making me pretty darn tired at
night, and in the morning when I wake up. An
adaptation that I am going to have to make. I have
also not been having any naps after work, which
maybe will help.
