Is there one right food that will help you loose weight of
be healthier? Well, yes and no. This is also where my
opinion differs from a lot of what you may hear from
dieticians. The human body is very good at manufacturing
what it needs. Yes there are critical vitamins an minerals
which we can do without. If, however, you look around the
world at ancient aboriginal peoples, depending on the region
of the world, climate, food sources, and season you will
find a wide disparity in the types of foods available to
these peoples. Yet they survived for many hundreds if not
thousands of years, on in many cases a very limited range of
food stuff, by our own standards!
