Realistic weight loss goals are important tools for you to
use in your fight against obesity. Set realistic goals, if
you loose weight too fast, it also will be easy for your
body to adapt and gain that weight back quickly. Slow and
steady wins the weight loss race. If you have a lot of
weight to lose, working with your family doctor is
imperative!
Perhaps even break your weight loss down into
segments. If you have 10 pounds to lose, don't look at the
entire ten pounds, look at the weight loss in two pound
intervals.
