For a lot of us the main activity during the winter holidays
is choosing which kind of fattening food to buy, then the
exercise comes when we lift it up into our mouths! If you
are in an area where the weather tends to get bad in the
winter months, all to often we lock ourselves inside. Make
plans to stay active. Join a fitness center, plan some home
exercise routines, or get our in the snow if you have a
chance. The winter months are often the worst for gaining
that extra few pounds. As you get older the pounds come off
tougher, and unfortunately stop coming off for a lot of us.
Be proactive, don't get in the habit of sitting around just
because the weather turns bad!
